The system is very flexible; it can be integrated with almost any system with minimal adjustments. The customer support is very responsive, and they can always find a way to make it work for you. Some modules are a bit clunky to implement, but they are working on it. Would recommend to every team who needs to build a system that makes sense for their business processes. We are solving the issue of having a single point of access and control for all our business process and reporting requirements. Bee4Sense is easy to use as it provides you with all information about your customer in one place which helps us save time by not having to search for this info elsewhere. It also gives me an overview when I am looking at our customers so that we can easily find out who needs what service from our team. The only thing i dislike is how slow their support department works sometimes but its nothing major just something small! We are solving problems related to finding new leads faster than ever before.
