An effective cleaner.
I first bought this 3M Doodlebug at a cleaning store. What I bought there came with a screw rod. There isn't one, but you can use the one you have or buy one. I bought a McCullough electric steamer to dampen the plaster walls in my house and ended up using this cleaning too. Alternatively, you can also use a pump sprayer, but that is too time-consuming. When steaming, be careful that the steam gets under the picture frames and deforms the picture.
