I like the grip. I think I could almost reach the 2nd floor windows with it. And it comes in 3 pieces so you don't have to use the extra long length when you don't need it. You can also just use the head without the handle if you like. That's all that is "good". The "pad" is not much thicker than the faster wet blasting pad. The blade of the mop is also very thin. This won't take more than a few times if you want to use it to clean all the windows in your house. Soap Dispenser "Bottle" holds a whopping 2 ounces! I don't know about you, but I don't want to stop and fill it up between each window. And that's about what you get. It's a shame that the quality of the cloth and squeegee is so bad, because I like the grip. But IMO. This is a $7.99 product sold for $20. i give it back
