2012 Merc GL350. Replacing a stolen adapter to get the system working again. Any headlight switch in the "On” position: Both the right and left trailer lights keep flashing - all cause 2 trailer lighting faults on the dash like the turn signals - brake light and turn signal. Without the headlights on, it works properly for about five minutes and then stalls at the left turn signals. MB can be PITA by error codes. Some of these correctly turn on the trailer headlights even with the DTCs activated in the dashboard - the last one did. There are too many positive reviews, so the product must be defective or incompatible with my MB. I have to say that it seems well built but is clearly making a comeback.
