I bought one of these a few years ago and have used it quite a bit. I also have a similar snap-on ratchet that I enjoy using. Designed for home use, this Tekton is also very comfortable to use. Almost as good and probably more abused as a snap-on at work (often used when restoring an old truck). Price wise it is excellent value for money. After a lot of abuse, my Tekton ratchet broke. It got bad to slide. However, I feel that I have benefited greatly from it and have not hesitated to order another one. Then I thought I should look at the warranty. I went to the Tekton website, filled out a simple form and a new one is on the way. I am impressed. My other Tekton tools had no problems. Recommend!
