So comfortable. They are lightweight which allows me to walk with them for several hours and do my errands. I'm a fan of shoes that are easy to put on and take off. That means there are no laces. That's one of the reasons I chose her. I also like that I can wear them to a public pool and not worry about damage. I can even wear them in the pool. They fit "just right" and don't have much wiggle room. I wear shoes from 7.5 to 8 and bought women's size 7.5 (men's 6.5). I'm glad I don't have to wear socks with them, they can be too tight, but I have a wide foot. Usually that's the only reason, sometimes I need size 8 shoes. If you're in between sizes like me (7.5) and have a slim foot, I think you can get your normal size. If you have a wider foot and don't like tight shoes, choose half a size larger. Hope that helps.
