The best part about CTS is that it is very easy to use and has a lot of features. I like that it is very user friendly and the customer support is very helpful. I dislike that sometimes the software can be slow to load. I like how the software allows me to easily track my time. I also like how it allows me to enter all of my projects at once. I don't really have any complaints about this software. I would recommend this software to other companies. I am solving time tracking problems. I am able to easily track all of my projects at once. I am also able to enter all of my time entries at once. The ability to have a central system for all our needs in one place is great. There are so many features that can be used that it's hard to know where to start. I wish there was an easier way to create reports instead of having to go back to the main screen to do so. It can be a bit confusing at first, but once you figure out how it works, it's very effective. We have been able to automate most of our processes with this software.
