The best part about CTS is that it is very easy to use and has a lot of features. I like that it is very user friendly and the customer support is very helpful. I like that CTS has great technical resources who are able help you with implementing solutions quickly as well ensuring ongoing support for them is easy too! I like that CTS has been able to integrate our application with Salesforce CRM which was needed for accounting purposes as well as reporting.
