I have used these ranchos on a land cruiser. They allow multiple adjustments. Once on the Land Cruiser they really needed to be adjusted properly. I contacted Rancho and they sent a new adjustment knob and hardware that required removing the old knob and plate and putting the new one on. As long as you have access to the shock on the car, all you have to do is remove a few bolts and then attach the new plate and knob to the shock. After the upgrade I was happy with the damper setup. Rancho willingly and quickly solved my problem. It was not necessary to send any documents.
