I was nervous about going from non-stick to stainless steel but was blown away by how easy it was to clean. Even when it gets hard I just soak it for a few minutes and it wears off instantly! Even easier than my nonstick coating! I have washed pots perfectly both by hand and in the dishwasher. I love that I can use them both on the stovetop and in the oven (up to 450 degrees). The handle does not get hot on the stove! I've found that the heat is perfectly evenly distributed even in the largest pan, which is my favorite! As a large family can comfortably fit two pounds of ground beef in one pot, this is to die for! The caps are interchangeable and fit great. I really have no complaints and am in love with these new pans. Fewer plates of food from the same pot and less time cleaning up when I just want to throw them in the dishwasher!
