This is my first kitchen scale and I have a FITINDEX smart scale to track my weight and the app that goes with it. When they released this little scale, I ordered it. I've never considered weighing my food to see if I'm actually eating a serving size or not, and turns out I wasn't! It will definitely help me with portion control and my calorie count will definitely improve. This little scale is so easy to use and I love that you can weigh and zero the container before adding your food. That way you don't have to do the math when you're hungry lol. I also like that they are glass and black, they are very sleek and don't look like other scales I've seen. connects to an app that you need to download to keep track of what you eat, although I'm still not entirely sure on that part. The app definitely needs improvement. I was a little frustrated that he didn't just connect to the FITINDEX app so my weight, food intake and everything else could be in one app. But I'll take what I have. Overall I think it's definitely worth the money.
