I love the infuser!

I use this everyday. I use the infuser in my previous tea cup that consists of a thicker glass. The cup provided is too thin and I'm afraid it will break . . . But the infuser is nice and will last. So for the infuser, it gets a good review. I recommend the manufacturer pair it with a sturdier, more durable tea cup to get a top rating.

The mug's ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip and allows for easy pouring

Cons

Not ideal for use in a busy workplace where spills are common
