This is the perfect biological filter upgrade if you are short on space (opening configuration like mine) or want to add 200m². feet of biological filtration capacity to your sump. If you have a large bioburden, you need a biological filter that can easily accommodate it after proper processing. I do not recommend this as a primary filter.
