I like how it helps me be more organized in my daily tasks/schedules by providing alerts for appointments with clients or upcoming sales calls! It can also send text messages if needed when scheduling meetings are missed (such as last minute cancellations). The platform could use some work - sometimes there's lag time between inputting information & sending out emails / texts etc., so make sure everything goes through at once before submitting info into another task list entry afterwards.- Scheduling reminders via SMS messaging would definitely improve efficiency overall! Overall helpful tool though!! Great way stay connected w customers during busy times throughout day without sacrificing quality communication skills!!
