I like how easy it is for anyone in my team, no matter which office they are located at - UK/NL etc.-to access our data about deal progress through this tool. And also its ability to share documents with other colleagues easily- without having them open up an email attachment from another person! Some minor bugs here & there but nothing major. It's not as great of software if you're looking specifically into tracking opportunities at each stage, however we do use it more so within the account management area where all of our activity can be seen together (e.g. emails sent via internal tools vs those emailed out).
