Fuse Network is a borderless and permission-less public ledger which is being designed to provide users with easy integration of everyday payment activities, it is a fast, low-cost, and decentralized alternative to the present digital payments. The platform was founded by Mark Smargon and has been in the blockchain ecospace for up to 2years now (since 2019).
The Fuse Network platform is designed with lots of products and fascinating features embedded in its ecosystem which are at the user’s disposal, and this I see as the benefits users stand to enjoy from using the Network, because like in my own case, it is one of the reasons I admired the Fuse Network.
It helps to enable entrepreneurs and communities from every corner of the globe to explore the potentials of mobile payments, and with this kind of opportunity, it is now possible for entrepreneurs, as well as community leaders to provide the community with the necessary and efficient tools needed to build and also to maintain their own personalized and customized mobile wallet and currency and thereby improve the condition of the existing communities to become micro-economies. So instead of depending on the likes of PayPal and other similar players whose charges are at the upward scale (charging up to 3% and above per transaction). They can from scratch build their own system of payment.
Another interesting thing about the Fuse Network is the three separate layers of technology that it provides which all come together to play a vital role in the network system, the Fuse-chain which is the first layer, Fuse Studio which is the second layer and Fuse Wallet which is the third layer.
The Fuse-chain is a Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) blockchain mechanism that is being operated by team of validators to facilitate low-cost, fast, and secure transaction to the Network users.
Fuse Studio on its own is a Decentralized App (DApp) that runs on the Ethereum and Fuse Network. It has a user-friendly where token can be minted without any difficulty on Ethereum. With the Fuse Studio, users can gain access to services and contracts of Fuse Network, it also presents to users the opportunity to launch a personalized community on the Fuse Network with an Ethereum bridged token.
Below is an architectural sketch of how the Fuse Studio works
Fuse Wallet is a mobile application that is available for download by anyone and it is very easy to use, the application can be downloaded on IOS and Android devices. The wallet is designed to be used alongside the Fuse Studio and can also integrate ERC-20 tokens when default contract addresses are changed. The wallet offers lots of benefits to users like allowing them build app and use on any mobile or web platform, non-custodial open source technology which provides service without holding consumers funds, its availability in multiple languages and many others.
