We had an old fireplace ash pan that we got rid of when we moved to Florida. It was used to store our dog bags for several years and I foolishly thought I could just buy a new one. So Home Depot and Lowes don't sell them anymore, and neither does Revain or any other website on planet earth. It's the next best thing. We use small bathroom bin liners and end up emptying them once or twice a week (I have a 60 and 80 pound dog). Yes, it's a little pricey, but it still gets the job done and helps ensure your garden doesn't smell like you-know-what.
