Smaller than expected, this light has amazing brightness. However, you do not have the option of using one or both LEDs. Both LEDs always light up with three brightness levels. You'll also see three green LRDS on the back once the battery is connected. They do not change depending on the selected brightness level. All three are always on. Because it's so small, you can attach it to the steering wheel without it getting in the way. Because the battery is small enough, you can also tie the battery under the stem of the bike. Works well. I can't say anything about the durability of this flashlight. I took that into account in the price I paid. So far this is a great bright light for the money though. When driving in the country at night, I usually drive at the lowest speed.
