Review on Belltech 4973 Pinion Shim Set by Victor Hurvitz

I converted a Ford 8.8" into a Dodge 69 but made a fool of myself when it came time to weld the leaf spring mounts. My rear cog pointed up about a degree higher. At speeds over 70mph the vibration was quite severe, the rearview mirror was even unusable due to circular harmonic blur! These spacers were easy to mount between springs and axles. I rubbed the gaskets with sandpaper as there was a slight surface roughness, it only took a minute or two. And now the car is as smooth as glass at all highway speeds. Good.
