Review on Receiver Compatible 2003 2018 2003 2013 Included by Terry Murphy

I bought this for my 2020 RAM 1500 Classic Warlock and used it to tow a 2000 pound trailer and overall I'm very happy with the result. HOWEVER the facility was terrible! First they give you wire to thread the bolts through the rear bumper assembly and the wire had to be about a foot longer as it barely went through. Once you thread it towards the receiver it will be difficult to thread it through the holes as the threaded end with the wire doesn't go through easily. I had to use pliers and push it through and both wires broke and I almost lost both screws. My purchase also didn't come with instructions, and the bags of mounting hardware were torn and missing a washer (thank god Home Depot they had matching washers). Installation aside, I'm happy with my purchase as I've used it once for towing with no problems. This is great value for a product. Just be prepared for YouTube instructions.
