I'm sure the support is great but I didn't need it. This box was very easy to install. What I wasn't prepared for was a solid 3 second delay from the moment you press a button on the car screen until your selection is registered on your phone, or the same delay before your selected track starts playing. Completely random, unexpected, and unintentional high-speed audio breaks during audio playback also occur. This happens once or twice about every 60-180 seconds. I find the word I would choose to describe it better is maddening.
