The only issue I have with this scope is not the scope itself, it is the lack of instructions on how to adjust the finder scope. After asking my question about the setup, I finally figured it out. There are two small protrusions on the scope's scope, both of which were narrow, so I couldn't figure out what they were for. After playing with them, I found that one adjusted the scope up and the other sideways. It adjusts with tiny adjustments, so it's not very noticeable until you look through the finderscope and see the red dot move. What I did was find my target through the scope and lock onto it, and then fine-tune the scope of the finder scope by using both small protrusions one at a time. I then rechecked the scope itself to make sure it was still on target. A few moves back and forth and I lined them up and adjusted them. As this is a beginner oscilloscope the instructions for everything should be detailed as we beginners really have no idea about oscilloscopes especially when setting up finders but that's just me. As far as customer service goes, it's excellent. I got replies to my emails with answers and suggestions almost immediately, and they never made me feel stupid or upset for not knowing what I was doing.
