The most useful feature for me as an internal consultant at my organization was that it had all of our client information in one place, allowing us to quickly create reports with very little effort! I would like if there were more filtering options available when creating custom views or searching through data within specific columns/fields (i.e., search by phone number). Also having access to historical records can be helpful sometimes; however some fields are not always up-to date so this could also use improvement here too! We have been able to streamline processes throughout different departments because we now know exactly who needs what info from whom - which has allowed everyone involved to work much faster than before using only 1 source instead of many others. This allows us to focus time & energy into other areas rather than constantly chasing down missing pieces of relevant business intelligence.
