One ordered and delivered with a broken battery cover. Didn't give him much importance; things like that happen. I decided to return it but they sent me another one. Was excited when he got here and used it once. It worked great. once. I've literally only used it for dinner tonight and it won't even turn on. I changed the batteries thinking they were just dead. I am very sad that this product is not working as I had hoped. I'm not sure if I can send the second one back.
