Perfect Eggs! - Poacher Egg
These small molds make eggs the perfect size for biscuits and muffins. The handle doesn't get hot during cooking, so you can pull it up and off the egg without needing an oven mitt or burning your fingers. I sprayed and preheated the pan and the inside of the mold. After a while of cooking, I removed the mold and turned the egg over. I didn't break the yolk and my egg came out perfect! You can also whip the yolks in the pan or mix in the egg before adding to the pan. I only give because there were no instructions on how to use it.
