Apparently all the other reviewers got this to ride. That's why we didn't order it. Although there is no shortage of horses in the country, we ordered them for BDSM purposes. The riding crop is quite light and easy to hold and swing. A double slap (how can you not love that term) makes a very pleasing sound when it comes in contact with the skin. It can be used gently at first and more intensively if necessary. If you are a housewife, add this to your cart. Robust, reliable and very efficient. Something you won't see in your average adult novelty store, and even if you do, it's always overpriced. Served our purpose well, we would recommend it.
