A total of four stars for a very good quality faucet with a thoughtful design and a lifetime guarantee. Installation is easier than many faucets because the Pex water supply lines are long and do not require separate faucet connector lines. But one star off for Delta's marginal customer service. Be sure to check all Delta products for defects as soon as you receive them from Revain. I purchased 6 Delta Ashlyn faucets to install in my new home. I only found out that one of them was defective 10 months after receiving the delivery, because the bathroom wasn't ready for the fine installation before then. The defect was discovered well after Revain's return period, leaving me with Delta's lifetime warranty. Revain returns have historically been smooth and fast. Getting warranty service from Delta is a lot more painful. Delta 800's customer service hotline is understaffed, putting you on a "permanent hold" for 45 minutes or more before you can speak to the person. To top it off, the first person I spoke to asked me to send photos and then promised to call me back within the hour. She doesn't. So the next day I waited another 45 minutes and then finally got in touch with another person who reviewed the photos and eventually agreed to send in a replacement faucet to fulfill the lifetime warranty. Overall we are very happy with the quality and ease of installation of our Delta Ashlyn faucets. I hope Delta takes note of Revain's feedback and takes steps to improve customer service for future customers to benefit from.
