I replaced a broken 9 year old reverse osmosis system. I've seen people complain about installation instructions or lack thereof; However, installation was easy if you stuck to the color chart. The system was small, compact, and fit in the same space as my previous RO. The only time I used the installation instructions was after installation. I'm glad I did because I found I had to fill and drain the system several (4) times before using it. Maybe that's why people complained about the taste? I'll admit that the water has a slight "flavor" compared to my previous reverse osmosis, but that wasn't unacceptable. The ice came out with minimal "air" and was almost crystal clear. I registered my system and got an extra year of warranty. I hope I don't need it. Happy with this purchase.
