    Removes nitrates, looks smooth.

    I recently bought a house on the edge of a farmer's field and found that my water was high in nitrates (22p). After extensive research, I decided this would help get rid of nitrates. After installation I did another test and now I have 0.64p (healthy values are 10p or less). Very happy and impressed with this system.     NOT HAPPY Cloudy Water Install 2 Hours

    When you install this you are obviously making a major change to your kitchen, drilling PVC tubing for the sink and countertop to install a faucet. It took my husband about 2-2.5 hours to install. No matter how much water we spill, no matter how many times we pour and drain, the water still comes out cloudy. So now we have a hole in our PVC pipe that needs patching, a hole in our gauge and this massive system that we need to get back. The water looks disgusting. It's not even worth testing…

    Installation was quick - literally

    I replaced a broken 9 year old reverse osmosis system. I've seen people complain about installation instructions or lack thereof; However, installation was easy if you stuck to the color chart.     After a rocky start, we love our APEC water dispenser

    I hired a plumber to install it and it took just over an hour to install. It would take a lot longer and I'm quite accommodating. The water tastes good after pouring several full tanks of water. The really annoying problem is that it LEAKS, leaking horribly. The three canisters in which the filters are located are particularly bathed in water.     I found out about reverse osmosis water from a friend who then left me. She's gone, but I still have reverse osmosis water. I have won. While I didn't do an "official" water test, my unofficial test was to leave tap water in a glass alongside this filtered water in a glass, both overnight.
