Recently bought a 1998 4Runner. After being told it would cost me $350-$400 to fix it (because they would have to remove all the dash etc). I searched on YouTube. I have ordered this item. Use needle nose pliers to remove the broken part (without removing the dashboard part). Connected the thing. Bada boom Bada bing! My air conditioner works. It took less than 10 seconds and saved me a ton of money and time. LADIES! LADIES! LADIES! I'm not a mechanic. I am a grandmother raising grandchildren. Much of this is not rocket science. ALWAYS ask your mechanics questions and ALWAYS do research! I have already modified/replaced some other parts that would have cost me over $1000 to ship to the store. Save time and money 💯
