Got this on Cyber Monday and was super excited for my first brushing session. I set it up very easily in the application and then put it into operation. I left and a few moments later I heard a loud crunch followed by several notifications on my phone. Roborock got stuck on the sill of my wooden floored door and couldn't figure out how to just turn around or turn around. I manually repositioned it and walked away as it continued cleaning, but a few minutes later I heard an even louder screech, followed by another notification on my phone. Roborock rolled into my bathroom rug and got stuck. My bathroom rug has non-slip rubber grips on the underside, so I was a bit disappointed that Roborock couldn't roll into the rug without lifting it off the floor and sliding it across the floor. I have a feeling it could be a really cool device if it was truly standalone. I didn't have to help him step over doorsteps or carpeted floors. I don't want this Roborock to clean up while I'm not at home. If my neighbors had to hear the constant loud crunch this thing makes when it jams, I would get so many complaints. also trying to pay me $20 to remove this review. sketchy.
