Review on 🔪 Pro-level Precision: ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Professional S 2-Piece Chef's Set by Linda Braley

I just got lucky I needed an 8 inch chef's knife to finish my wife's kitchen while this promotion was still available. We already had a 3" and a 2¾" bird's beak, so we didn't need a paring knife, but the addition of 4" is quite welcome. The price is down seven dollars since I bought this set a week ago. but it's so much that I can't complain Henckels Twin Pro-S knives are of superb quality The blades are strong and stay sharp for years The balance point is right where the bolster curves back towards the handle The knife is heavy but basic handle because it feels like it's floating in your hand. I prefer the heavy front construction of other brands. Our Twin Pro-S 6" chef's knife is over fifteen years old and has never been sharpened, only sharpened for steel. It's still razor sharp and is my wife's favorite knife for slicing tomatoes, although she has newer and better knives for the task. The quality can't be beat at this price These are probably the two most useful and most used knives for any oh kitchen A great starter set or addition to any cutlery collection.
