This scale is nicer than I expected. Also included in the box is a 50g weight surrounded by foam at one end of the box, a plate, tweezers, instructions for use and 2 AAA batteries. The instructions are well written and easy to understand. The scale has a maximum weight capacity of 50g and an automatic switch-off function after 180 seconds. The digital display is easy to read and backlit. Calibrating and using the scale is easy, not complicated, just do it every time you turn on the scale. The dimensions of the scale are correct, the scale size is 4.5" x 2.6" x 1.2". When comparing this scale to other scales I have I found that they are within easy reach of each other I have also placed several other calibration weights per platform are 5g, 10g, 20g and the scale reads them all correctly. So far the scale seems to be fairly accurate. Overall I think this mini scale is good for the price, as I expected...although like a pocket scale.
