Used on palm trees in garlands
I use these Christmas tree garlands to keep my palm trees that I grow outdoors in Michigan warm during the winter. Wrapped around the tree along with a burlap cover and plastic pop-up tent, the CP lamps provide just enough heat to keep the tree from freezing. Works perfectly. The tree survived two winters in Michigan. It even got new leaves over the winter.
