As good as you would expect.
Like many other Energy Suspension engine mount inserts, they've made a world of difference in stability. Significantly less wheel spin, smoother shifting, less torque. The only issue I had was that the rear insert had to be modified a bit to fit the mount, just sanded the polyurethane a bit and it fit fine. The idle is decidedly a bit rough with the inserts as you would expect but gives the car a nice feel.
