Good but flashes when switched on

These bulbs replaced some Panasonic bulbs that burned out after 8 years. Panasonic was much better. They always flicker when turned on, unlike Panasonic's. Since then I haven't found any that don't flicker. If you are reading this and have found a replacement for LEDs for this type of lighting, please let me know in the comments. I only found them for bulk orders. Many Thanks.
