Review on Horze Lunging Aid by Adam Abner

I don't think this trainer is bad, but it could do with some tweaking. which could really use some improvements. My mare nodded her head into a gallop and this seemed to cause one of the cleats on her back to come loose leading me to believe the cleats aren't the best grip with much above average pressure. I am fortunate to have a warm blooded mare who is not afraid - the Arabians I grew up with would go mad - the rope could fly with the horse wherever it wanted. I think the manufacturer should provide a few extra metal clips in case it comes loose - they're almost impossible to find in this case. I used it about 8 times before this happened and I checked the gear pretty thoroughly before each use (paranoia from studying hard to grow up with stupid, over-reactive Arabs :P). All in all I was glad it hadn't happened before and I probably would have been relatively happy if I had a way to fix it later, but unfortunately the clip gets lost somewhere in the deep sands of the arena.
