Overall positive experience using ServiceLink for our funeral home / day spriting business

I like how it allows my clients access from anywhere in their own time frame without having to be at work or even have internet service available! The ability to do things such as send out reminders about services/burials etc was very helpful when we were trying to get everything done before Memorial Day weekend (a busy holiday). Being able to see all open cases together so there's not much confusion going back & forth between them would also help if they're spread around multiple locations - maybe being integrated into each location? Great tool overall but just wish some more features could've come with it initially instead of adding later down the line which can make people think its outdated compared to newer versions released since then.

Pros
  • It is easy for everyone involved; client, funeral home staff member who needs information quickly sent through via email / texting versus phone calls that take hours off already scheduled meeting times.etc plus ease sharing documents online too!! Also love getting notifications right away by seeing pending messages pop up automatically while still working elsewhere helps keep me aware immediately rather than waiting until end
