Easiest and most user friendly experience

The ease in which I was able to navigate this website! Everything from creating my profile page with all pertinent information about myself as well as uploading photos/videos (which are very helpful) right up until submitting final documents such as death certificates or obituaries took me less than 5 minutes each time! Not only did it take minimal effort but also made things so much easier when dealing with clients who needed them quickly due their passing away unexpectedly. There were times…

Overall positive experience using ServiceLink for our funeral home / day spriting business

I like how it allows my clients access from anywhere in their own time frame without having to be at work or even have internet service available! The ability to do things such as send out reminders about services/burials etc was very helpful when we were trying to get everything done before Memorial Day weekend (a busy holiday). Being able to see all open cases together so there's not much confusion going back & forth between them would also help if they're spread around multiple locations…

Pros
  • It is easy for everyone involved; client, funeral home staff member who needs information quickly sent through via email / texting versus phone calls that take hours off already scheduled meeting times.etc plus ease sharing documents online too!! Also love getting notifications right away by seeing pending messages pop up automatically while still working elsewhere helps keep me aware immediately rather than waiting until end

Awesome Platform for me and our wedding business!!!

The ease in which I can create new services easily with photos attached! Also being able to upload videos into my service so they are there as well when people view it online or at their viewing/service location!! Nothing yet but we have had some issues uploading files from different devices (laptops & phones) however this seems like something Google should be solving soon enough? Having everything all together instead of having multiple apps open would make things easier! Creating custom…
