The straps held tight but the bag itself broke

We've traveled the country with this on the roof of our car. We followed the instructions. It was very comfortable and well packaged. About halfway down the rest we checked it and found the bag itself had ripped, simply from the gust of wind. The straps held it so it didn't go anywhere, but that didn't help the fabric at all. We were lucky enough to catch him before any more damage happened and we didn't lose any of our belongings. But midway through our trip we had to recycle/throw away/ship items that didn't fit in the car. Wouldn't recommend it.

Pros
  • Test for one year
Cons
  • Upgradable
