Pleasantly surprised by a great knife!
This is my second purchase of this knife (my first one disappeared after the cake was delivered) and I couldn't be happier. I am amazed at the sharpness and strength of such an inexpensive product. I'm a baker and I use it for leveling, layering, trimming and serving. It worked so well that I'll probably buy more in case this one is mysteriously lost as well.
