These things were WAY BETTER than I expected for the seven dollars I paid for them. Thinner ones made of steel, some nicely beveled ones made of aluminum which I particularly like for assembling amigurumi parts. Some plastic leashes, I'm sure my kid will find a use for plastic leash one day. And little rubber stoppers to protect, well, everything. Needles, fingers, clumsy cats, your furniture. You know. A penetrating thing, as well as everything with which it can penetrate. And some very handy stitch markers. I used to only use a bobby pin because those little round bobby pins were a nightmare, but they're just as convenient as a bobby pin and not as annoying. There's also a needle threader which is especially good if you're using it with worsted or heavier weight yarn, because have you ever tried to slip the end of a 4ply yarn through the eye of a needle? It is not easy. Stop putting yarn ends in your mouth and use a needle threader. As if. I mean it's a little awkward to make sure all hands and feet are in the car when trying to close it, but it's still nice to have something compact to fit everything, especially if you're a crazy person Who makes them project wherever you go because you have horribly severe ADHD and can't sit still for 20 minutes while your kid brushes their teeth at the dentist's office? In any case. I won't have to buy tapestry needles for a while, and collecting all those damn knitted animals and little yod is a lot easier with hook needles. You gotta buy some if you love yourself.
