Finally someone released this. Connect cat6 of POE power supply devices (PSE) like POE switch to this adapter, then connect USB to USB port on Raspberry Pi Zero. You get power for zero and an ethernet interface to connect to the Pi. Device into a USB OTG adapter that consumes both power and data. Finally, this mess can be associated with zero pi. Now you can replace POE Splitter, Cat6 Splitter to USB Ethernet Adapter, USB Adapter or Network Adapter and OTG Adapter with this one device. Thanks very much!
