I was a bit skeptical about buying this product at first because of some of the negative reviews, but I'm so glad I did! It arrived fairly quickly and was very easy to use. I have high exterior windows and basement windows that are difficult to reach due to window shafts. I was able to finish the entire facade of my house in less than 30 minutes. I used a mixture of vinegar, dish soap, and warm water and was very pleased with the "streak-free" results. Then I removed the white mop, washed it in the washing machine and dried it on medium heat. Overall, I'm very satisfied and impressed with how easily this wonderful tool has done a previously tedious job. I would recommend YouTubing tutorials on how to get the most out of using a squeegee as it will ensure you don't leave streaks on your windows.
