Offers a solid construction of commercial grade stainless steel. What a joke! I'm so fed up with buying today's industrial products that don't fit their intended purpose. And this rotating cheese grater is one of them. I've just used it for the second time and immediately noticed that the handle is too short (unless you have small hands). With one hand you need to hold and push, and with the other turn the handle. The problem is that the handle isn't long enough to hold the other hand and spin in circles at the same time. Then, to add insult to injury, when washing it after use I noticed that a piece of one of the nylon rings (on which it spins) had broken off. Short handle and myopic design that looks great and works terribly! A complete waste of good stainless steel material.
