Both the copper piece and glue work great
Both the copper piece and glue work great. The glue is pretty sticky. If your application is stationary, like CPUs and GPUs, they're not going anywhere. I actually bought it to cool the PCB/ICs of an RC car and for that I needed extra protection to keep it from falling. Heat is transferred quickly. It doesn't take long for a piece of copper to heat up in the same way as a circuit board chip. I like it.
