I had a few problems with this piece. I think this is more down to the seller than the product itself. When the package arrived it appeared to have been thrown from a plane and then butchered multiple times. The box was held together with a bundle of packing tape. I opened it up and everything turned out to be in order and the gear packs that came with it were still sealed. It took me about 30 minutes to install when I realized a few screws were missing and/or the wrong size. I think the wrong hardware kit may have been put in the box as only about 75% of the screws listed in the instructions were included in the hardware kit. After several visits to the hardware store for the right size screws and washers, I was able to install it. Total installation time, including trips to the store, was around 3 hours. After installation I was very happy with the end result. My truck sounds fantastic and has a little more power. If I had no experience with cars I probably wouldn't be able to make it work with what was sent to me.
