Very User Friendly System to Work With for Small Business and Teams

The ease of using this system which has so many features! I use it every day in my job as an agent with SABRE Tech - both online chat (Livechat) &amp Call Center agents who answer calls via Voicemail/Chatting etc..

If your new at all just jump right into doing everything they have training materials available that teach each level step by Step!! There are SO MANY options when talking about Live Chat /VoIP Calling Features but their website does not make sense or explain them well enough without having someone knowledgeable there teaching how things work. That being said if given time try learning one feature such us "How To Manage Users" before getting overwhelmed trying understand too much going 1st! Their support team helps guide any questions we do ask once i login its very simple access our account manager thru live cam view then go through what information needs explaining most basic stuff like email address ect., It's easy enough that I can use it with my team without any training or support needed! The UI was very confusing at first but after some practice we got used too (and now love). We haven't found anything yet - just try using their demo account during your free trial period!! You won’t be disappointed if this tool works well in solving all of our needs as an agency/team lead manager / agent combination within one platform which gives us full visibility into agents activity status through reports etc..
