Defective product that cannot be returned without paying exorbitant shipping costs.

I am very dissatisfied with this product and have tried to return it. The inscription is so small that it is barely legible. And the label printer leaves a spooky impression of the characters you type between words. I packaged the label printer using the shipping label provided by the seller, but when I took it to my UPS office I was told it would cost a lot more than the $20 the seller promised! This is a defective item and I deserve a full refund! I can't find a way to contact the seller to request a proper prepaid shipping label.
