The ease of use. The speed of getting it up and running. It's ability to be customised for each client's specific needs. Nothing really, we've been using it for quite a while now. We have had some issues with certain browsers but these have all been resolved with a quick fix from the dokkit support team. I can see why it would be difficult to choose between many different platforms as there are so many features which could potentially suit your business needs. However, if you're looking for something which will give you peace of mind by allowing you to do what you already do then dokkit may be the answer. We have used it to allow us to create and send out our O&M documents, this has saved us a lot of admin time and has also allowed us to keep track of our work.
